Types of Therapy

  • Individual Therapy

Many people seek therapy because they find themselves caught in patterns they do not fully understand, repeating reactions, thoughts, or behaviors that leave them feeling stuck. Individual therapy provides a space to explore what is happening beneath the surface, including the experiences and beliefs that shape the way you respond to yourself and the world around you. Together, we will work toward greater understanding, awareness, and the ability to create intentional change.

  • Couples Therapy

Relationships often become difficult when two people are responding from their own experiences, fears, and unmet needs without understanding the deeper patterns influencing their connection. Couples therapy focuses on creating greater understanding, emotional safety, and meaningful communication by exploring the cycles that keep couples feeling disconnected. Together, we will work toward rebuilding connection, increasing empathy, and creating a healthier relationship dynamic.

Therapeutic Approaches

  • Imago Relationship Therapy

Imago Relationship Therapy helps couples understand the deeper emotional patterns that influence how they connect, communicate, and respond to one another. By moving beyond blame and defensiveness, couples can learn to listen with greater curiosity, develop shared meaning, and create a stronger foundation of safety and connection.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT provides practical skills to help individuals better understand and regulate emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness. This approach supports the development of emotional flexibility, self-compassion, and healthier ways of navigating difficult experiences.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying patterns of thinking that influence how you feel and respond, we can develop greater awareness and create more intentional choices that support lasting change.

For your convenience and comfort, both in-person and virtual appointments are offered.
